Average price is up +13.8% to $579,192 for the month of February. New Listings are up +23.4%

February 2020 sales are up +38.5% against the same month last year.
Average price is up +22.2% to $680,537 for the month.
New listings are up +81.1%

Clearview
February 2020 sales are up +7.5% for the month over same month last year
Average price up +64% to $793,273 for the month.
New Listings are up +5.3% for the month.

Collingwood
February 2020 sales are up +10.8% for the month over same month last year.
Price up -0.2% to $532,588 for the month.
New Listings are down -24.1%

Meaford
February 2020 sales are down -33.3% for the month over same month last year.
Average price up +6.8% to $502,863 for the month.
New Listings are up 72.7%

Wasaga Beach
February 2020 sales are up +47.6% for the month over same month last year.
Average price is up +13.5% to $507,324 for the month.
New Listings are up-23.5%
